Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and four 8 inch square pan
- For Topping:
- 1 1/3 cup Bisquick
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 3 tbs soft shortening
- 1/4 cup milk plus 1/2 cup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup or 1/2 package of semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cup finely chopped coconut
- Mix together.
