Kelsey's Chocolate Popcorn Brittle

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 10 cups popped popcorn
- Salt, optional
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
- 6 ounces white chocolate, melted
- 1 cup salted pretzels, crushed
Rice Crust Pizza

in med bowl mix rice, egg & monterey cheese
- 1 c cooked rice
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 c grated monterey jack cheese
- 1 c tomatoe sauce
- 1 1/2 t flour
- 1/2 t worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t oregano
- dash pepper
- 1/4 lb italian sausage, browned & drianed
- 1/2 c sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c sliced toamtoes
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1/4 c chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c grated mozzarella cheese

- 2 1/4 large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and candies. Spread over cooled cookie base.
Bacon Bread

In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes or until partially cooked; drain on paper towels
- 12 bacon strips, diced
- 1 loaf (1 pound) frozen bread dough, thawed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 envelope (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix

Margarita Cake

DESSERT
- 2 2 1 30 2 bowl, beat cake mix, margarita mix, oil, 1 tablespoon lime peel and the egg whites with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter over pretzel mixture.
- 3 3 35 to 40 2 40 minutes or until light golden brown and top springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely, about 2 hours. Frost with whipped topping; sprinkle with additional lime peel. Store covered in refrigerator.
