Garlic Lemon Chicken Strips (Slow Cooker)

- 3 cups half-and-half, at room temperature

- 3/4 cup(3 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup(2 ounces) grated Asiago cheese

- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Muenster cheese

- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 5 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 yellow onion (peeled, finely diced)
- 3 garlic cloves (peeled, minced)
- 2 tablespoons thyme leaves (finely chopped)
- 4 cups mixed mushrooms (shiitake and cremini, stems removed, finely chopped)
- 1 28- ounce can crushed tomatoes
