- 1/2 lb. unsalted butter
- 2 cups 1/4" diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 5 Tbsp. turkey base
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried sage
- 1 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 lb. roasted turkey breast - bite size pieces
- 2 cups cream

- 3-4 skinless chicken breast halves (not too thick)
- 1/4 tsp. salt plus more to taste
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper plus more to taste
