Combine butter/margarine, flour, mustard and paprika
- 1/4 cup Melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 lb Lobster in chunks
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Flour - all purpose
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup Sherry

- 1/2 tsp. Salt
