- 1 (1 1/4 oz) envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2 lbs potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 ⁄4 to 1⁄3 cup olive oil or 1⁄4-1⁄3 cup vegetable oil

- 2 lb frozen peaches
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can(s) diet 7up or sprite
- Directions
- 1 Spread frozen peaches in Pam sprayed 13x9 pan.
- 2 Sprinkle dry cake mix over peaches.
- 3 Pour 7up over cake mix.
