Coffee Cakes - Pillsbury Butter Crescent Rolls

Oven - 350 degrees Unroll and spread 1 can crescent rolls on bottom of un-greased pan
- 2 cans Pillsbury butter crescent rolls
- 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- Cinnamon & sugar (I used about 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tbs cinnamon)

Beef & Broccoli - Crockpot

1. Place beef in a crock pot
- 1 lb. boneless beef chuck roast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 c. beef consume
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. brown sugar or honey
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp cooled sauce from the crock pot after being cooked
- Fresh broccoli florets (as many as desired)
- Hot cooked rice (brown rice, or riced cauliflower)
