Asian Beef with Snow Peas

Can use stir fry frozen vegetables instead
- 6 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp Rice Wine (or rice wine vinegar) (or cooking sherry)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 plb. beef round stead - cut into thin strips
- 8 oz. snow peas (or regular green peas)
Weight Loss Beverage

Directions: 1) Use 1 part of cinnamon to 2 parts of raw honey
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup/ 8oz/ 237 ml Water
- Do not add any flavors in this mixture. And this recipe only works if you drink it on empty stomach.
Ham Glazed with Spiced Plum Conserve

- 1 Tbsp. whole cloves
- 3 cups Spiced Plum Conserve (Separate Recipe)

- 1 lg pkg Strawberry Jello
- 1 lg Frozen Strawberries - thawed
- 1 small can Crushed pineapple
- 1 8 oz Sour Cream

Shrimp Jambalaya

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- 1 tsp. Olive oil
- 2 oz. Turkey Kielbasa halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup Onion minced
- 1/2 cup Green bell pepper diced
- 1/2 cup Uncooked rice
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt, Dried Thyme, Black pepper & Red pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 1 10.5 oz can Low salt Chicken broth
- 1 14.5 oz can Diced tomatoes - undrained 1/2 lb Medium shrimp peeled
- 1/8 tsp. Hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
Lighter Ravioli Lasagna

Using 2 packages (9 ounces each) BUITONI Refrigerated Light Four Cheese Ravioli, you will have a recipe that has:
- 2 packages (9 ounces each) BUITONI Refrigerated Light Four Cheese Ravioli , prepared according to package directions
- 1 container (15 ounces) reduced-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach , thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 large eggs , lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup fat free milk
- 2 containers (15 ounces each) BUITONI Refrigerated Marinara Sauce
- 1/4 cup (.75 ounce) BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Mixed Berry Cobbler

Preheat oven to 350. Stir together granola and milk in a small bowl - let it stand for 5 minutes
- 2 cups Granola
- 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
- 2 12 oz pkgs Frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg Pam
- Plain, fat-free yogurt (for topping)
Banana Slices

Slice bananas thickly. Melt butter in skillet and add banana slices
- 4 small Firm ripe bananas
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Rum
Fried Fish
