Pork Chops with Sauerkraut & Apples

- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled & cut 1/2 inch thick
- 2 medium onions- chopped
- 2 Granny Smith applies, cored & sliced
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 1-inch boneless pork chops
- 2 cups refrigerated sauerkraut - rinsed
Tomato & Red Pepper Soup

Heat oven to 450. Arrange plum tomatoes and peppers, cut sides down, in an oiled baking dish
- 6 ripe plum tomatoes - halved lengthwise
- 2 large red bell peppers, seeded, quartered lengthwise
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 medium yellow onion - chopped
- 3 garlic cloves - minced
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1 tsp salt 0 or more to taste
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne or to taste
- 2-3 cups chicken broth
- Corn kernels from 1 ear of corm - reserve 1/4 cup for garnish
- 4 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Chicken & Noodles Crock Pot

Salt & pepper chicken breasts and place in the bottom of crock pot
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
- 2 cans Chicken Broth (15 oz each)
- 1 Tbsp Chicken Broth in a jar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb Chicken Breasts (fresh or frozen)
- 1 package frozen egg noodles (24 oz) I used Reames.
Chicken Noodle Soup

Slow Cooker
- 1 1/2 lb.s boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 3 sliced carrots
- 2 ribs thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups no yolk noodles
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup whole milk
Beef Stroganoff - Easy Slow Cooker

In the slow cooker stir in all the ingredients together, (except the meat AND the Cream Cheese)
- 2 pounds cubed stew meat
- 2 cans Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 largish onion diced
- 2-3 -4 tabls of Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- couple of dashes of Garlic Salt (1 tsp?)
- couple dashes of Hot Paprika
Butternut Squash Roasted with Brown Butter

- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg or 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh nutmeg, grated

- 1 lb. Haricots verts (tiny green beans) trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter - melted
- 1 tsp. kosher salt

- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Allspice (or Apple Pie Spice)
- 1 stick butter (divided 2/3 - 1/3)
- 2 Pie crusts - prepared
