Frosting - Cream Cheese

Blend cream cheese and margarine together
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
Strawberry Pie
By rainmaker
Mash 1 pint strawberries. Mix sugar and corn starch in 3 quart saucepan
- 1 baked 9 inch pastry shell
- 3 pints strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 cup sugar
- 3-1/2 tablespoons Argo Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup water
- Few drops red food coloring
- Whipped cream
Spinach with Cherries and Goat Cheese
By rainmaker
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over very low heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 (10 ounce) bag fresh baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
- Serve with Sauvignon Blanc
