- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 (16 ounce) cans fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked wild rice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms

- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted

- 1 can beer (12 oz)
- 1 cup canned diluted chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 6 slices bacon, cook and crumbled
