Corn Pudding Supreme

•In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, eggs and sugar until blended
- 1 package (8 ounces) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2-1/3 cups fresh, frozen or canned sweet corn
- 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
- 1 package (8-1/2 ounces) corn bread/muffin mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Crockpot Country Style Steak With Gravy

Dredge cube steaks in a little flour, salt & pepper; brown in veg
- 1-1/2 lbs. cube steak
- 1 (12 oz) jar Heinz Beef Gravy
- Beef Broth to taste
- 2 T. tomato paste
- Dijon Mustard
- A-1 Sauce
- 1 Onion, chopped
- Mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Candy's Seafood AuGratin

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 lb. scallops
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. hot chicken stock (I think next time I would use milk for a creamier sauce)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- 2 cups shredded Provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

The Tomato Salad That'll Have Everyone Drooling Even if you use just one or two varieties of heirloom tomatoesâ...
- 6-8 very ripe heirloom tomatoes, in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. sugar
- Salt
- 2 green onions, including tender green parts, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- 2 tsp. minced fresh oregano, or to taste
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sherry vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 3-5 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Country-style bread for serving
- Other fresh herbs can replace the oregano: try 1 tsp. chopped thyme or rosemary, 1 Tbsp. chopped flat-leaf parsley, or 2-3 Tbsp. chopped basil.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 boneless pork sirloin roast (2-1/2 pounds)
- 1-1/2 teaspoons canola oil
- 3/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 4-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4-1/2 teaspoons cold water

- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups each sliced carrots and cubed yukon gold potatoes
- 1 can Navy beans, drained and rinsed

- GARNISH:
- 4 strips cooked thick-sliced bacon, diced

- 1 (24 oz) can Paul Newman's Sockarooni Sauce
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning,1 tsp. oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 3 cups (24 ounces) 4% small-curd cottage cheese
- 1 carton (8 ounces) ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 6 slices provolone cheese (optional)
- 3 cups (12 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided

- 2 T. grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste

- 1 cup bread, diced
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
