In a pitcher, combine the lime juice, orange juice and sugar; stir until the sugar dissolves
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice; about 3-4 limes
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 1/4 cup tequila, chilled
- 1 750 ml bottle medium dry fruity white wine; gewurztraminer - chilled
- 1-1/2 cup sparkling water, chilled
- 1 lime; thinly sliced
Spicy Crab and Shrimp Soup

Melt butter in heavy large saucepan over medium high heat
- 6 tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 cup onion; chopped

- 1/2 te tabasco sauce

- 1 pound medium shrimp; peeled, deveined
- 1/2 pound crabmeat
Layered Cobb Salad

In the bottom of a 14 cup glass salad bowl or trifle dish, place the washed, sliced lettuce
- 6 cup romaine lettuce
- 1/2 pound grape tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken; shredded
- 2 avocados; peeled, diced
