Orzo with Sausage and Broccoli Rabe

1. Heat 1 tbs oil in 12 inch skillet over medium high heat until shimmering
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 8 oz broccoli rabe, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced thin
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/4 cups orzo
- 1/4 dry white wine
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced jarred hot Peppadew peppers
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Lemon & Rosemary Chicken Salad

Juice 1 lemon, stir in shallot and pinch of salt
- 2 lemons
- 1 finely chopped shallot
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbs fresh rosemary
- 1 head escarole, trimmed and chopped (4 cups)
- Belgian endive, 1 head, trimmed and chopped
- 4-5 radishes, thinly sliced

Beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy; add vanilla, and beat until combined
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 1/2 (4-oz.) 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate baking bars

- 1 cup chopped almonds

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apples

Mexican Chicken & Rice with black beans

Combine chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper in a large bowl
- 1 tbs chili powder and ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander & kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 boneless chicken, cubed
- 3 tbs olive oil, divided
- 1/2 cup each diced white onion and yellow bell pepper
- 1 tbs fresh garlic and serrano chile
- 1 1/2 cups dry basmati rice
- 2 1/4 chicken broth
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 tbs fresh lime juice
