1. Preheat oven to 300. Grease and flour two 9x5" pans or 1 bundt pan
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 c strong coffee
- 1 1/4 c honey
- 4 eggs
- 1 c light brown sugar
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 apple grated

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 TablespoonCreole mustard
- 1 Tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined

Bennigan's Broccoli Poppers

- 3 eggs
- 6 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 ounces shredded Colby cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained and dried
