- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups chopped pecans

- MAPLE CREAM SAUCE:
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- Vanilla ice cream and chopped pecans
Cajun Shrimp Lasagna Roll-Ups

- 1 1/4 pounds uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced fully cooked andouille sausage
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 4 ounces pepper Jack cheese, shredded

- Shrimp and Pasta Mixture:
- 1 lb cavatappi pasta
- 1 lb medium shrimp, rough chopped (Use any size you can get)
- 1 cup pancetta, diced and sauted ( bacon is also a good substitute)
- 1 medium onions, diced fine
- 2 celery ribs, diced fine
- 1 tablespoon butter

- Cheese Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 2/3 cups milk
- 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 lb gruyere cheese, grated ( you could also use swiss cheese)
- 1/2 lb Monterey Jack cheese ( grated)
- 1 lb white Cheddar cheese ( grated)
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper

- Topping:
- 1 cup cracker crumbs ( I used Ritz)
