- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups fresh corn or frozen thawed corn
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 2 tablespoons green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons pimiento, finely chopped

1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat
- SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup molasses

- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

- Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground sirloin (I used a meatball mix - beef, pork, veal)
- 2 slices wheat bread toasted and processed
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 C. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg

- Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients well and roll into mini meatballs. Cover cookie sheet with foil and place a cooking rack on top. Put meatballs on the cooling rack and put in oven. cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
