- 1 can water or chicken broth
- 1 15-oz can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 Tablespoon dry onion soup mix
- 2 cooked Italian Sausages (out of casings)
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup half & half or cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup small shell pasta

- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, chopped

Spicy Ritz Cracker Chicken

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Process crackers until they are fine crumbs
- 4 large, boneless chicken breasts - cut into thirds
- 1 1/2 bags of Ritz Crackers
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt & pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
