- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash dill

- 6 tsp. olive oil
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 jalapenos, finely chopped
- 6 medium zucchini, cut in 1/2" cubes
- 2 cups frozen sweet corn
- 2 14-oz cans of diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup of Half and Half
- Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste

- 1 pound top round steak (ask your butcher to cut into 2 large pieces about 1/3-inch thick)

- 2 cups unbleached flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 3/4 teaspoon paprika

This yummy pie has an old-fashioned feeling, but is so easy to prepare
- 1 sheet refrigerated pie pastry
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- Vanilla ice cream, optional

- 2 lbs haddock
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or seasoned salt (opt.)
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 30 Ritz crackers, crushed
Pasta Salad With Peas and Ham

This is a delicious pasta salad recipe and it's hearty enough to be served for dinner or lunch
- 12 ounces rotini, about 4 cups
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 can sliced ripe olives
- 1 1/2 cups frozen green peas, cooked just until tender
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
- 1/2 cup Ranch-style dressing
- 1 scant teaspoon dried leaf basil
- Dash garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
