- Dough:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water, plus
- 3 tablespoons lukewarm water
- 5 tablespoons oil (I like safflower)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon bread machine yeast
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- .......................................
- Basic Topping:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder (optional)
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese

- Pick as many or as few add-ons as you want:
- Diced green onion
- Diced tomato
- Sliced black olives
- Sliced mushrooms
- Sliced green pepper
- Diced jalapeno pepper
- Cooked crumbled bacon

- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- Vegetable oil, for frying(about 1 cup)
- 1 lb flank steak

- 4 large chicken breasts, cut in half
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (15 ounce) cans pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup pressed brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup very hot water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
