- CAKE:
- 1 pkg (18.25oz) chocolate cake mix
- 1 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- FILLING:
- 2 cups (12oz) semisweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 pkg (10-12oz) white baking chips
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 1 Tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided

- WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bang Bang Chicken

1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper
- CHICKEN:
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 easpoon smoked paprika
- 1 Tablespoons hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying

- SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (I used Frank's)
- 1 Tablespoons Frank's hot sauce
- 2 Tablespoons honey

- 2 Tablespoons firm butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 6 cups Bisquick
- 2 cups sweetened applesauce
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
Zucchini Lasagna

Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium sauce pan,brown meat and season with salt
- 1 lb 93% lean beef
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 3 medium zucchini, sliced 1/8" thick
- 15 oz part-skim ricotta
- 16 oz part-skin mozzarella cheese, shredded (Sargento)
- 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 large egg

- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoons baking soda

- 1 lb fish fillets (cod)

- 1 stick of butter, soften at room temperature
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal

- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup almond flakes
- 1/8 cup instant oatmeal
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar

- 4 medium sweet red, yellow or green peppers
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
