Easy Chocolate Cream Pie

One of my favorite desserts is Chocolate Cream Pie
- 1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1-3/4 cups milk, divided
- 2 cups whipped topping, divided
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
- 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- Miniature semisweet chocolate chips, optional
Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken ( I used Rotisserie)
- 12 no-bake lasagna noodles
- 1 15-oz container ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 Tablespoons blue cheese dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese ( I used sharp Cheddar)

- 1-1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce (use your fave)

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, seeded and sliced (I use half a green and half a red)
- 12 flour tortillas
- Toppings such as cheese, sour cream, and guacamole – if desired
