- 1 cup onion, chopped

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons seasoning
- 1 1⁄2 pounds shrimp, cooked
- 2 cups quick cooking rice

Two all time favorites, cheesy pasta and tuna casserole, come together in this filling meal
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 4 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 (12-ounce can) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 12 ounces whole or 2% milk
- 6 cups cooked macaroni noodles
- 2 (7-ounce) cans water-pack tuna
- 8 ounces shredded cheese
- 1 cup green peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 cup hand-crushed potato chips

- 2 cups grated peeled potatoes
- 1-1/4 cups diced celery
- 1 cup grated carrots

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)

- 16 oz spaghetti
- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken (I use a rotisserie)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3-1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Ranch dressing

Best Danged Beef Pot Roast

This is very simple and tender
- Small to medium size rump roast
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 1 individual size serving apple sauce
- 2 cups water (In place of water, I use beef broth. Makes it much richer.)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 small bag sliced carrots
- 2 medium to large size potatoes, cut up
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
