- Cake
- 1 Box yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- Crumbs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 sticks of butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- Confectioner's sugar for serving

- 5 ounces graham crackers (9 whole crackers), broken into large pieces
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

- Filling
- 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar (10 1/3 ounces)

A great bar-b-que marinade for a variety of meats
- 3 lbs meat- beef, pork, lamb (skirt or london broil, pork chop, lamb chop, etc)
- 1/3 tsp. sea salt
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 tbsp. canola oil (2 1/2 tbsp land o lakes margarine)
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

- Carrot Cake
- 3/4 lb.carrots; (3 cups shredded)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cup corn oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 package, 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups confectioner’s sugar (use own judgment to sweetness)

1. Heat oven to 350* F. Butter and flour a 12 cup Bundt pan
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 sticks (1 cups) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp fresh thyme, roughly chopped, plus sprigs for garnish
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
