- 6 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, crushed (about 1 cup)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar

- 5 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Sesame Chicken Wings

Cut the wing tips from the wings
- 6 to 8 chicken wings, about 1 3/4 lb. total
- 2 Tbs. Asian sesame oil
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbs. garlic
- 1 Tbs. finely chopped, peeled fresh ginger
- 2 Tbs. sesame seeds

Add all ingredients except cilantro to the inner pot, stir, close the lid, and press the “WHITE RICE” button
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 jar (12oz.) salsa, mild or hot

White Chicken Enchiladas

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 10 soft taco shells
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese ( I like the Kraft Tex Mex)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream ( I use Greek yogurt)
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chillies (these are not hot)
Italian Beef and Rice Skillet

In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until almost crisp
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 small bell pepper (any color), chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 cups uncooked instant white rice
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

- 1-1/4 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 8 bone-in skinless chicken thighs (2 lb.)

- 4 cups egg noodles, uncooked
