- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups sweetened coconut
- 2 cups chopped almonds
Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

Directions: In a microwaveable safe bowl, combine the sugar, butter, and water

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Wild Mushrooms & Cream

Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 450
- 1 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise (5 cups)
- 5 Tbs. olive oil
- Kosher salt
- 3 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 3/4 lb. wild mushrooms, such as chanterelles or hedgehogs, halved if small or cut into 1-inch wedges (about 4 1/2 cups)
- 1 large shallot, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Freshly ground black pepper
