4 cups flour 1 ½ cups Crisco 1 teas
- 4 cups flour
- 1 ½ cups Crisco
- 1 teas. Salt
- 1 ½ cups buttermilk
- Mix, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Praline-Pecan French Toast

A short order breakfast special gets an easy hands-off finish in the oven
- 1 (16 oz.) French bread loaf
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mexican Meat Loaf

Mix all together and put in loaf pan
- 2 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can green chilies, undrained

- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided

- 14 ½ oz diced tomato, 1 can, drained
- 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, divided
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 6 cups spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 oz. flour
- 2 oz. butter
- 3/4 pint milk
- OTHER:

- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed

- 2 2 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 1 1 1 cup granulated sugar
- 5 5 5 large eggs
- 3 3 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1 1 cup whole milk
- 1 8oz 1 8oz 8oz bag toffee chips (I use Heath)
- 1 1 1 cup pecans, chopped
- Caramel Drizzle:
- 1 1 14 – 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 2 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Directions:
- to 325 12 325 spray a 12 cup Bundt pan with cooking spray or grease and dust with flour
- 10 cake cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and let cool completely on a wire rack. Spoon caramel drizzle over cooled cake.
