Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter

Combine first 5 ingredients, and form into walnut size balls

- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 3 T. butter, melted
- 1/4 block parafin
- 12 oz. chocolate morsels

In a small bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 T. prepared horseradish
- 1 t. white wine vinegar
- 1 //2 t. sugar
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1/8 t. dried thyme, crushed
- 1/8 t. white pepper
- salt to taste
