Crab and Pasta Salad

Mix and chill
- 1 box thin spaghetti, broken into thirds and cooked as directed
- 3 (16 oz.) packages crab
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- Mayo with one jar of chutney
- Soy to taste
- Curry to taste
Banana Cream Cheese Pie

In mixer, beat cheese until fluffy
- 1 graham cracker crust or baked pastry shell
- 1 (8 oz,) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- q teaspoon vanilla
- 4 medium bananas
- additional lemon juice
Almond Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1-3/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted and crushed
Chicken Pasta Milano

A copycat recipe of the Pasta Milano served at Macaroni Grill
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato , chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth , divided
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta , cooked and drained
Corn and Shrimp Chower

In a 4 quart sauce pan, heat potatoes, broth, salt, pepper and 1 cup water to boiling over high heat
- 1 lb. red potatoes (3 medium) cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 can chicken broth (1 3/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen corn
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. shelled and deveined large shrimp
- 1 cup half and half or light cream
- Fresh chives for garnish
Impossibly Easy Breakfast Bake

Heat oven to 400°F
- 2 packages (12 oz each) bulk pork sausage
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 eggs
Fettuccine

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in other ingredients and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes
- 1 box spinach fettuccine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 up Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- garlic salt
- 1 handful basil
- oregano to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray cooking sheet with non-stick spray
- 1 pack buttermilk biscuit mix (I used Bisquick, about 1 1/2cups)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oregano (you can omit or use less)
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
Basic Chicken & Noodle Casserole

- 1 pound cooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
