Swiss Steak with Tomato

In a shallow dish, combine flour (or breadcrumbs), salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup flour or dry breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lb. round steak, cut into serving-size pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1 or 2 medium onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoons steak sauce or Worcestershire
Baked Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 4 (1/2-inch-thick) boneless pork chops
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared minced garlic
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Spinach Dip

Blend cream cheese and sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 (10 oz.) package spinach
Pork Tenderloin and Apples

Brown pork, if desired, in a skillet
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs. total)
- 1 large onion, halved and cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons apple jelly
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Swiss Cubed Steak

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Pam Cooking Spray
- 1 (8 oz.) package sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, halved lengthwise, sliced
- 4 beef cubed steaks (4 steaks = 1 lb.)
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce - no salt added
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Coffee Cake (Using cake mix)

Mix batter for 8 minutes. Spread half in 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle on half of the topping mix
- Topping:
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package vanilla or lemon instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) package sour cream
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Glaze:
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon butter
Oven-Fried Ranch Drumsticks

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil
- 3/4 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 package Ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 lbs. chicken drumsticks (12 to 15 pieces)
- 1 cup ranch dressing, optional
Pan-Seared Beef Steaks with Garlic Red Wine Gravy

Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 3 teaspoons butter
- 2 1/2 lbs. beef filets mignons (8 - 5 oz. filets)
- 1/2 cup chopped shallot or onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can Campbell's Beef Gravy
- 1/2 up Burgundy or other dry red wine
Potato Casserole with Caramelized Onions

- 3/4 cup butter, divided
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 large sweet onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 lbs. baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs,lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Maple Pork Tenderloins

Trim pork of all visible fat
- Marinade:
- 1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Worcesrershire sauce
