Beignets (Easy)

Place both frozen bread dough loaves on a greased baking sheet
- 1 (32-oz.) package frozen bread dough loaves
- vegetable oil
- powdered sugar
Blueberry Pie

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed, if frozen)
- 3 tablespoons instant tapioca
- 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 (15-ounce) box refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg, beaten
Ranch-Parmesan Chicken

Set oven to 400° degrees (set oven rack to lowest position)
- 6 boneless chicken breast
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs, (even better, use panko breadcrumbs)
- 1 ⁄4 cup (up to 1/3) parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 ⁄2 tsp (up to 1) black pepper, ground
- 1 ⁄2 tsp (up to 1) garlic powder
- 1 cup prepared ranch salad dressing, (use bottled salad dressing, you might need a bit more dressing)
- 1 ⁄4 cup butter, melted (no substitutes)
Magic Cake

Instructions Preheat oven to 325 F degrees
- 4 eggs (separate yolks from whites) at room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 g (3/4 cup) sugar
- 125 g (1 stick) butter, melted
- 115 g (4 oz or 3/4 cup) of all purpose flour
- 500 ml (2 cups) milk lukewarm
- powdered sugar for dusting cake
Chicken Waldorf Salad

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss until well coated
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast chunks
- 3 apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup seedless green grapes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Sloppy Joe Stuffed Baked Potato

Cook potatoes In micro oven Over medium-high heat, brown meat and drain
- 6 medium baking potatoes
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 can Manwich Thick and Chunky
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce no salt added
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/3 cup sliced green onion
Pot Roast

Place potatoes, carrots, and onion in a 6-quart slow cooker
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 3 medium-sized carrots, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 medium-sized onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (3 lb.) beef eye of round roast, trimmed
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can beef gravy
- 1 1/2 teaspoons browning and seasoning sauce
LaDonna's Pistachio Nut Swirl Bundt Cake

Mix first six ingredients in mixer
- Glaze:
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 small package instant pistachio pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons milk (more if needed)
Tilapia Piccata

Preheat oven to the lowest setting Add a platter and 4 definer plates; let warm wile you make the tilapia
- 4 tilapia or other sustainable flaky white fish fillets (1 3/4 lbs. total)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup flour, for dredging
- 4 tablespoons EVOO
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 lemons 0 1 sliced, 1 juiced (about 3 tablespoons)
- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or dry vermouth
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1 handful flat-leaf parsley, chopped (about 2 tablespoons)

- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
