Beef Cube Steak and Gravy (Slow Cooker)

Preparation Instructions Roll cubed steak in flour
- 1 pound Cubed Steak (about 4 Pieces)
- Flour For Breading
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
- 3 cups Water, Divided
- 3 envelopes Beef Gravy Or Mushroom Gravy, 1 Ounce Packets (beef, Mushroom Beef, Herbed Beef, Mushroom...mix And Match To Your Liking)
Chicken Parisienne (Slow Cooker)

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika
- 6 medium chicken breasts, bone-in or boned/skinless
- 1/2 cup white wine (or water)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt, pepper, and paprika - to taste
Copper Pennies (Carrots)

Cook carrots until tender, drain well and set aside
- 2 lbs. carrots, sliced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion, diced
Loaded Potato Soup

- 4 (6-ounce) red potatoes
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup prechopped onion
- 1 1/4 cups fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk, divided
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 bacon slices, halved

Sea Bass, Pan-Cooked Bass with Dill and Cucumber

Melt butter in a 12-inch heavy nonstick skillet, then remove from heat and cool
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 (5- to 7-oz) black sea bass or striped bass fillets (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick) with skin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 seedless cucumber (often plastic-wrapped), very thinly sliced

The frosting is Great!! I recommend grating the carrots first, then use food processor to create fine carrots
- Cake:
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 cups grated carrots (fine)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Sweet Garlic Chicken (Slow Cooker)

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
- 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda (diet or regular)
- 2-3 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 Tablespoons corn starch
- 2 Tablespoons water
- Red pepper flakes (optional)

- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon red liquid food coloring
