Wilted Spinach Salad

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large salad bowl
- 8 cups torn spinach
- 1 cup sliced, fresh mushrooms
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1 small purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
Curried Chicken Salad

Place chicken breasts on a sheet pan and rub the skin with olive oil
- 3 whole (6 split) chicken breasts, bone-in, skin-on
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup chutney (Major Grey's)
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 cup medium-diced celery (2 large stalks)
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions, white and green parts (2 scallions)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup whole roasted, salted cashews
Fisherman's Wharf Chowder

Saute' first six ingredients in butter, adding enough flour (about 3 tablespoons) to absorb all fat
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup green pepper
- 3/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1-2 lbs. slightly frozen cod (cubed)
- 1-2 cans clams with juice
- 1 can clam chowder
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 cup tomato soup
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 can good tuna
- 1 tablespoons chicken base (not crystals)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon each basil and thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 # salad shrimp
- 3 cup of cooked potato diced
- 1 1/2 cup half and half
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chip Chicken

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 4 thin chicken breasts, about 6 oz. each
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 8 oz. bag of sour cream and onion kettle chips
Buckeyes

1.) Form into balls and place on wax-lined rimmed baking sheet, and chill for one hour
- 18 oz. jar peanut butter
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Steak with Gorgonzola and Fettuccine Alfredo

Sequence: Prepare steak and begin to cook - 5 minutes
- Steak:
- 1/2 stick herb garlic butter (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 1/2 lbs. flat iron steak
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon canola oil (I used what I had)
- 1/2 cup white wine (I used beef broth)
- Fettuccine:
- 3 cups water
- 1 (9 oz.) package refrigerated fettuccine pasta
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (I used regular)
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan, Romano Asiago cheese blend (Couldn't find so I added my own Asiago to Parmesan, Romano blend)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- pinch of pepper
Chicken, Sesame (Slow Cooker)

Put chicken into crock pot
- 1 1/2 pound boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds
Turkey Tetrazzini

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 12 oz. dry spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz. spreadable cream cheese (garlic flavor)
- 1 1/2 cups half & half
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups chopped turkey
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Cheese Danish, from Ina Garten

This easy recipe comes from Ina Garten
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 extra-large egg yolks, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest (2 lemons)
- 2 sheets (1 box) frozen puff pastry, defrosted
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water, for egg wash
Beef Stew (Slow Cooker)

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- 3 to 4 lbs. beef, cubed
- 2 onions or 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves mince garlic
- 5 to 6 carrots, sliced or use baby carrots
- 6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup celery, cut in pieces
- 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons beef bouillon powder or onion soup mix
