Cracked up Tater Tots and chicken

1. Preheat oven and cook tater tots according to package directions
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 bag of frozen tater tots
- 16 oz cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 pkt ranch seasoning
- 1 c water
CHeesy Sausage, Broccoli and Rice Casserole

1. preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 in pan 2
- 1 c rice, cooked
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 head broccoli cut up or 1 bag 12-16 oz frozen broccoli
- 1 c cheddar cheese
- 1 c chicken broth
Hot Bacon and Swiss Dip

1. Softencream cheese in a mixing bowl
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1 c grated swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c crushed ritz crakers
Scalloped Potatoes and Ham (doubled for freezing)

- 12 new potatoes
- 2 cans cream of potato
- 2 cans of water
- 2 ham steaks, cubed
- 16 oz cheddar cheese
- 4 cups of broccoli

Turtle Cake

1. In a sauce pan, melt caramels with milk over low heat, stirring occasionally
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (I used pecans)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (14 oz) package caramels
Rosemary-garlic Pork Chops

1. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper
- 4 (6 to 8 ounces each) boneless center-cut pork loin chops, (1 1/2-inches thick)
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 TBSP canola oil
- 2 TBSP unsalted butter
- 1 TBSP chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, finely Chopped
Saucy Parmesan Chicken - Healthy

- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

- 6-8 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- Optional ingredients:
- cayenne pepper
- chives
- dried parsley
- grated Parmesan cheese
