Corned Beef and Cabbage (Kathy Little)

Remove corned beef from packages
- 2 packages of flat cut corned beef
- 4 onions, quartered
- 3 hearts of celery stalk's (32 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons dried, chopped garlic, or 5 fresh garlic cloves
- 3 Tab Beef Base
- 2 Tab oil
- Tone's Garlic Pepper
- 5 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
- 2 pound package baby carrots
- 3 heads of cabbage
- 1 stick of butter
Peanut Butter Fudge

DIRECTIONS:LINE 13 x 9-inch pan with aluminum foil; spray with no-stick cooking spray
- No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup PET® Evaporated Milk
- 1 2/3 cups Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Red Velvet Cheesecake Cookies

1. To make cookies, in a large bowl combine cake mix and flour
- For the cookies:
- 1 box red velvet cake mix (I used Duncan Hines)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the cheesecake filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the white chocolate drizzle:
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, melted

In skillet saute onions, chopped to desired size with butter
- 1 ) 1 medium onion
- 2 ) 1 stick of Land-O-Lakes butter
- 3 ) 2 cans Campbell's New England Clam Chowder
- 4 ) 3 cans Campbell's Cream of Potato
- 5 ) 1 quart half and half
- 6 ) 2 (6.5 oz.) cans of minced clams

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbl cornmeal
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbl vinegar
- 1 Tbl vanilla extract
- 8 tablespoons milk
- 1 Pie Crust, unbaked
CANDIED SWEET POTATOES (Gary Tite )

SWEET 'N SOUR VEGETABLE SALAD

Combine the green peas, green beans, corn and pimentos
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can green peas, drained
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans French-style green beans, drained
- 2 (11-oz.) cans shoe peg corn, drained
- 1 small can chopped pimentos, crained
- 1 small green pepper, finely diced
- 1 cup green onions & stems, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 cup sugar
Jalapeno Summer Sausage Recipe (Monte Little)

Mix all ingredients well. Form into 2 rolls and wrap tightly in foil
- 5 pounds Ground beef or deer meat
- 6 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns, cracked once
- 2 tablespoons Curing salt (kosher salt)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon Liquid smoke
- 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seed
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic pepper
Wholesome Whole-Wheat Dog Biscuits (Kaitlyn LaDon Miller)

- 3 tablespoons powdered milk -- optional
- 2 cloves garlic —crushed

- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons water
Lemon Butter Barbecue Sauce

- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 C. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
