KENTUCKY BISCUITS ( Linda Tite)

Cut crisco into flour. Add salt, baking powder, and sugar
- 1 ) 2 cups self rising flour

- 3 ) 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 ) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 ) 1 tablespoon sugar
- 6 ) 1 cup buttermilk or sour milk

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

- 8 ) 1 small can tomato sauce (6 oz.)
- 9 ) 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 10 ) 2 1/2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 11 ) 2 ribs celery, sliced thin
- 12 ) 1/8 cup vinegar
- 13 ) 1/8 cup sugar
- 15 ) 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 16 ) 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 17 ) 1/4 cup butter
- 18 ) 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1 ) 1/4 cup butter
- 2 ) 1/2 cup oil
- 3 ) 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 5 ) 2 eggs
- 6 ) 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 7 ) 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 8 ) 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 9 ) 1 1/2 cups sour milk (to make sour milk add 1 teaspoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon baking soda to milk)
- 10 ) 2 1/2 cups flour
- 11 ) 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 12 ) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 13 ) 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 ) 2 cups grated zucchini
- 15 ) 1 cup pecans, chopped
- Cream butter, oil, sugar, add egg and vanilla. Mix flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder and spices. Alternate with sour milk. Stir in zucchini, chocolate chips, and pecans. Bake in a 9 x 13 greased pan at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

- 1 pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- powdered sugar
GARLIC CHEDDAR CHICKEN (Joyce Tite)

Preheat over to 350* 1. Melt Butter & garlic over low heat
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 4 ea cloves garlic
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)
- 1-1/2 c. cheddar cheese
- 1/4 t. each: dried parsley, dried oregano, black pepper
- 1/8 t. salt
- 8 Skinless chicken breasts

Mix all together in mixing bowl, pouring into 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
