    ) 1 1/2 cups sour milk (to make sour milk add 1 teaspoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon baking soda to milk)

    ) 4 tablespoons cocoa

    ) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

    ) 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    ) 2 cups grated zucchini

  • Cream butter, oil, sugar, add egg and vanilla. Mix flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder and spices. Alternate with sour milk. Stir in zucchini, chocolate chips, and pecans. Bake in a 9 x 13 greased pan at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
