Ingredients

  • ) 1 cup half & half
  • 2 ) 1/3 cup red onions
  • 3 ) 1/3 cup diced carrots
  • 4 ) salt & pepper to taste
  • 5 ) 1/4 cup yellow pepper, chopped
  • 6 ) 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 7 ) 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 ) 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 9 ) 2 cups new red potatoes, sliced
  • 10 ) 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

Step 1

Add all ingredients into small crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serve with beer bread. Servings: 2 bowls
