Ingredients
- ) 1 cup half & half
- 2 ) 1/3 cup red onions
- 3 ) 1/3 cup diced carrots
- 4 ) salt & pepper to taste
- 5 ) 1/4 cup yellow pepper, chopped
- 6 ) 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 7 ) 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ) 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 9 ) 2 cups new red potatoes, sliced
- 10 ) 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

Step 1
Add all ingredients into small crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serve with beer bread. Servings: 2 bowls
