- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 (24-oz.) jars of marinara
- 1 (32-oz.) container of ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 package (12 sheets) no-boil lasagna noodles
- Mozzarella-Stuffed Garlic Rolls:
- 1 store-bought pizza dough, cut into 20 1-inch pieces
- 6 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut into 20 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. dried oregano
- Parmesan cheese, grated (to sprinkle on top)
FRENCH ONION MASHED POTATOES

- Ingredients:
- 3 oz butter, divided
- 3 cups sliced yellow onions
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1/3 cup dry red wine, such as Cabernet
- 4 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters or eighths (depending on size)
- 1-1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (1-oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
BLT Deviled Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water

- 3 slices good-quality bacon, finely chopped
- 1-1 1/2 About 1-1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
