- INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup frozen or fresh rhubarb slices
- 1 3/4 cup yellow cake mix

- 1 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Mac N Cheese Cornbread Muffins

To prepare the cornbread, preheat the oven to 350°F
- Cornbread:
- 9 Tbsp butter, room temperature
- 4-1/2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup small diced red pepper
- 1/4 cup small diced green pepper
- 1/8 cup minced onion
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Mac N Cheese:
- 1-1/2 cups dry elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder

- 1 cup dry bread crumbs

Sure, you can make lasagna with jarred sauce, but it tastes so much better when you make it yourself
- 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1-1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 (16-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14-oz) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 package lasagna noodles
- 1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese (or more)
- 3/4 lb Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Dried parsley, to taste
