Creamy Asian Slaw

COMBINE cooking creme and dressing in large bowl
- 1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 2 pkg. (12 oz. each) broccoli slaw
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
Quinoa and Cranberry Salad with Tomato Vinaigrette

For the dressing: 1.Add the first 5 ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth
- For the salad:
- 1 cup red quinoa (we used regular quinoa)
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced
- 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/4 medium red onion or Vidalia onion, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 heads butter lettuce or romaine, washed and torn into pieces
- For the dressing:
- 2 medium-size ripe heirloom tomatoes, chopped (we used regular tomatoes)
- 1 large garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to season
French Bread Pizza Salad

Preheat the oven to 425°F
- Dressing:
- 1 lb plum tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
- 2-1/2 tsp salt, divided
- 2-1/2 tsp dried oregano, divided
- 3/4 cup, plus 3 Tbsp, extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 cup green peppers, medium dice
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 8 –9 cups sourdough or rustic bread, cut into 1" cubes and toasted
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni, sliced, or regular pepperoni, small dice
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 lb fresh mozzarella, medium dice
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped

- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple, in juice, drained
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted, divided
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
