Brown meat, drain, In same pan, add 1 tbs butter and sauté onions & carrots for 10 minutes until tender
- 1 lb ground meat
- 3/4 c chopped onion
- 3/4 c carrots

- 3 C chicken Broth
- 4 C potatoes (peeled and diced) or cheat and use cubed frozen hashbrowns
- 1/4 c flour
- 8 oz American cheese
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 c sour crème
