Sweet & Savory Nut Clusters

Serves 8–10 Holiday appetizers need to be two things: quick and easy
- Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups raw pecan halves
- 1 cup whole raw almonds
- 1-1/2 cups raw walnut halves
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten with 1 Tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp light brown sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp course ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup honey
- Gorgonzola or blue cheese crumbles (optional, for serving)
Filet Wellington Bites

Preheat the oven to 425°F
- 8 (2-oz) pieces beef tenderloin filet
- 1/2 lb white mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 shallot, diced
- 4 Tbsp oil

- 3/4 cup cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tablespooon corn starch

- Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cream plus 2 tablespoons
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1/4 of orange, zested
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cup milk chocolate, chopped
Bacon Macaroni Salad Recipe

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
- 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
- 5 green onions, finely chopped

- 8-1/2 oz sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- Salt and pepper, to taste
