- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon, juiced

- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Cooking spray, for spraying the wire rack
- 9 slices thick-cut bacon
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce pieces

- 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 medium sweet onion, such as Vidalia, finely chopped

- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white whole wheat (or simply 1 cup all purpose flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon ground ginger (I prefer 1 teaspoon)
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 cup no-calorie granulated sweetener** (or 6 packets of any sweetener you prefer)
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons molasses (or 1 Tbsp. brown sugar)
- 3/4 cup buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350°, use 9 x 13 pan
- CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
- Bottom layer;
- 1/2 cup butter(1/4 pound, or 4 ounces)
- 1 ounce Baker's unsweetened square of chocolate
- 1/2 cup sugar granulated white
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, packed the flour down
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs(beat lightly)
- 1-8 ounce soften cream cheese, use only 6 ounces, 2 ounces for frosting
- 1/4 cup soft butter(1/2 stick)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour(1/8 CUP)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 EGG (beaten with a fork in a glass)
- 1 cup semi-chocolate chips
- 2 cups miniature jet puff marshmallows
- FROSTING:
- 1/4 cup butter,(1/2 stick)
- 1 ounce Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 2 ounces of reserved cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar
PIGS-IN-A-BLANKET FOOTBALL

- Ingredients:
- 60 frozen franks in a blanket
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup minced onions
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 cup beer or chicken stock
- 1-1/4 lbs pasteurized processed cheese product, such as Velveeta
- 3 Tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped, peeled, seeded cucumber
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup slivered red onion
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
