Microwave Oatmeal Bars Recipe

In a large bowl, combine oats and brown sugar
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
Grandma's Apple Strudel

Mix apple slices, sugar, 1/2 cup flour and 1 tsp cinnamon for the filling
- APPLE FILLING
- 6 c apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c cup flour
- 1 c cup sugar
- 1 tsp tsp cinnamon
- CRUST
- 3 3/4 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 c shortening
- 2 eggs plus water to equal 1 cup, reserve 1 egg white
- ICING/FROSTING
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk or light cream approximately
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Bread Pudding with Raspberries Recipe

In a greased 3-qt. slow cooker, layer half of the bread cubes, chocolate chips and raspberries
- 6 cups cubed day-old bread (3/4-inch cubes)
- 1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream and additional raspberries, optional
One-Pan Baked Chicken & Sweet Potatoes

Heat oven to 375ºF. Mix dressing, sugar and thyme in large bowl
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1-1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3), cut into 3/4-inch-wide wedges

- For Serving:
- 12 slices French baguette, cut into 1/2" thick slices and grilled or toasted in the oven
