Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole

- 1 (15-oz) can sloppy joe sauce
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz pasteurized prepared cheese product (like Velveeta)
- 3 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 bag frozen tater tots

Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter Sauce Serves 4–6

- 2 (9-oz) packages of premade butternut squash ravioli, cooked according to package directions
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp chopped sage
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

New England Jam Cookies

MELT white chocolate as directed on package; let stand 30 min
- 6 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. light corn syrup, divided
- 6 drops yellow food coloring
- 12 drops red food coloring, divided
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 18 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
- 8 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1 tsp. water
- 48 NILLA Wafers
- 2 tsp. sesame seed
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Spinach Dip served in a Bread Boat

Thaw and drain spinach, squeezing out the excess moisture Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours

Caprese Casserole

To prepare the base layer, start by preheating the oven to 375°F
- Base Layer:
- 1 French baguette
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 6 large tomatoes, any color, sliced
- 1 lb ball fresh mozzarella, sliced in half and then cut into 1/4" slices
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup pesto
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup basil
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt

- 2 –3 Tbsp balsamic syrup

- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh basil, for garnish
