Chinese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- I double this:
- Nappi Cabbage 2 heads
- 5 Tbs margarine
- 2 pkgs of Romain noodles
- 1 & 1/2 cups of sliced Almonds
- I double this:
- Dressing 1/3 cup of Redwine vinager
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 3/4 Cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cut Nappi Cabbage into 1" pieces and set aside.
Brown in large skillet-keep stirring to avoid burning;
margarine,Romain noodles-break into pieces, & sliced almonds.
Dressing;
Boil for 1 min.
redwine vinager
soy sauce
oil
sugar
cool and refrig over night.
mix salad together right before your ready to serve.
Add dressing first to cabbage mix, then add noodle/almond mixture.
