Bird's nest cookies

In a stand mixer, add the butter and work it a little bit with the paddle until it gets nice and fluffy
- Filling:
- 3 Oz Cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 Stick of butter, room temperature
- 1 Cup of flour
- 1 1/4 Cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 Cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
Salted s'mores truffles

Crush graham crackers into a fine crumb and pour into a medium mixing bowl (break up any remaining large pieces)
- 1 pack graham crackers (or 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs)
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
- 2 large chocolate bars for melting (recommend dark chocolate)
- Coarse salt for topping

1) in 5qt dutch oven, cook sausage and meat mix 5-6 minutes til browned, breaking up meat with wooden spoon

- 12 oz mix ground pork, beef, veal
- 1 largge onion, chopped

- 28oz can whole tomatoes

- 1 3/4 c chicken broth

Apple stuff chicken breast

- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian-style dried bread crumbs

- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon water

Peach preserves
