- 1 large head of Cauliflower cut into bite size pieces (approx 6 cups)
- 6-8 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled (Cooked in oven at 400° for 20 mins)
- 6 Tbs chopped Chives
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese ( may use cheddar)
- 8 oz container sliced mushrooms

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into strips
Best Mexican Beef Casserole Ever

Brown ground beef and onions together for about 10 to 12 minutes, drain
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can kernel corn drained
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 pkg taco seasonings mix
- 8 to 12 corn tortillas
- 3/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes with green chiles drained
- 1/3 cup Mexican blend or taco cheese shredded
- Sliced jalapeno peppers

1.Place the lettuce in 9x13 dish

- 1 1 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 2 2 cups leftover turkey (or chicken)
- 3 3 3 green onions, sliced
- Dressing
- 1 1 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup plain yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 1 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 1 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 2 2 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1 1 teaspoon sugar
- to & pepper to taste
- Toppings
- 6 6 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 2 2 cups cheddar cheese

- 7 my gosh I love that there’s bacon on top! Love the flavors here, I’ve only seen Mexican and Greek versions of 7 layer dips. Fun idea!

- One box Angel Food cake mix and 1 can approx 20 oz crushed pineapple, do not drain...add juice and all. Mix by hand in a large bowl, it foams up a lot. Heat oven to 350*, lightly spray a 9x13 cake pan and bake for about 30 minutes.

- 10 oz miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup Challenge butter (plus more for greasing)
- 5 cup Rice Krispies cereal
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
- 6 Hershey's chocolate bars
Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers

DIRECTIONS Slice a thin piece off each pepper lengthwise, remove ribs and seeds
- 1 lb Thinly Sliced Sirloin Steak (or you can use deli roast beef)
- 8 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 4 Large Green Bell Peppers
- 1 Medium Sweet Onion
- 1 pound White Mushrooms
- 3 Tbs. Butter
- 3 Tbs. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper – to taste
Easy Cinnamon Roll Bread

Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter or spray a glass loaf pan
- BREAD:
- No yeast in this recipe, so prep time is quick. You don't even need a mixer! It makes its own unique swirl as it bakes.
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt, or sour cream
- SWIRL:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled slightly (can use water instead)
- GLAZE:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 - 3 teaspoons cream or milk (as needed for consistency)
