•Cook the rice according to the package directions
- Ingredients
- 1 cup long-grain white rice (you can use minute-rice)
- 1 bag (16-ounces) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste (easy on the salt)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce OR Bragg's Liquid Aminos - has less sodium
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- crushed red pepper, optional

- 1/2 c. melted butter, plus more for brushing pan
- 1/2 c. cocoa powder, plus more for dusting pan
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. grated zucchini (from 1 large or 2-3 small)
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
